We use OpenAI’s enterprise-level API, which guarantees that data submitted through the API is not stored or used for training. Is my handwriting and personal data kept private?
Yes. Your data is completely private, securely stored, and never shared with third parties. You have full control — you can permanently delete a single analysis or your entire account and all related data at any time, directly from your dashboard. This process is GDPR-compliant and ensures your information is always in your hands.
What if my handwriting is messy or hard to read?
That’s not a problem. The AI is trained to work with a wide range of handwriting styles. Whether your writing is neat, messy, large, or compact, it still provides valuable insights. Unique features often add extra depth to your report.

What if I don’t agree with the insights?
